Role summary
Manages, directs, or supervises staff and short and long term change management strategies, programs, and organizational development initiatives for the organization. May have responsibility for significant transformation initiatives, business units, or enterprise change portfolios. Oversees the design and execution of structured change methodologies, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and training frameworks to support major organizational changes while minimizing business disruption. Regularly partners with executive and operational leadership to provide guidance on change risks, readiness, and adoption, and makes recommendations to accelerate employee transition and sustain results. Oversees needs assessments to identify current and future state gaps at the individual, team, and organizational levels, and ensures the development of practical change resources and toolkits to support leaders, HR, and employees. Requires education in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields and demonstrated expertise in enterprise change or transformation methodologies.
